Graper Cosmetic Surgery offers many options to treat a variety of skin care needs. All services include prescription strength products that can only be used under a physician's care. Our skin care department is staffed with highly trained, licensed aestheticians in the medical field for your assurance of safety and reliability. Facial Peels

Vitalize Peel
This peel is excellent for sun-damaged skin. With this peel, we are able to treat pigmentation problems, moderate wrinkling and actinic damage. This peel provides significant visible exfoliation with a recovery period of three to five days. Best results are achieved in a series of four to six treatments.

Silk Peel®
SilkPeel® Dermalinfusion®exfoliates and infuses skin-specific dermaceuticals (vitamins and minerals), stimulating new cell growth, leaving you with fresher feeling and younger looking skin. SilkPeel® effectively treats all types of skin conditions including hyperpigmentation, acne, photo damage, dehydration and fine lines.

Illuminize® Peel
Often called the "Party Peel," this treatment offers the benefits of a chemical peel without the long downtime and typical irritation. This is especially important if you have an upcoming event at which you want to look your best. After only one Illuminize Peel, patients generally notice:

*Increased skin glow and radiance
*Tightening of the skin
*A more youthful appearance
*Improvement in clarity, color and skin texture

Microdermabrasion
This 30 minute procedure is a mechanical peeling technique that gently removes the upper layers of skin using a highly controlled spray of aluminum-oxide crystals. Microdermabrasion can be used on all body parts to remove sun damage, superficial age spots, fine wrinkles, acne and scars. This procedure requires little to no recovery.

M-Professional Revitalizing Peels
A combination of two unique exfoliates found in nature, mandelic acid and lactic acid. When combined, the result is an effective, yet mild peel that improves the appearance of photo-aged skin, softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and improves discoloration of your skin. Also reduces the prominent appearance of pores and smoothes uneven, rough texture.

Obagi Blue Peel
The benefits of this Obagi peel are to help improve hyperpigmentation, fine lines, shallow scars, large pores and skin laxity. This peel has a short recovery period and poses less risk than laser resurfacing. The Obagi Blue Peel helps estimate peel depth, achieves consistent results, and reduces post-peel complication. Skin conditioning and skin typing is a necessity before the Obagi Blue Peel procedure.

Acne Peel
A 30 minute procedure using salicylic acid in a micro-sponge technology. This procedure takes the skin through a renewal process, losing its dead outer layer. Peeling may be experienced 2-4 days after the treatment and may last approximately 2-4 days. This treatment is usually recommended every 4-6 weeks, and can be used as an alternate to the Micropeel procedure.

PCA with or without Hydroquinone
This peel is used for treating various skin types. The solution is optional with or without Hydroquinone. Both peels are used for pore refinement and to control oil and breakout. The peel used with Hydroquinone is layered to treat hyperpigmentation. All treatments are given in a series for optimum results. These treatments are also used as a preparatory for laser resurfacing and facelifts.

Ultra Peel
This peel is used to treat various skin types including melasma, sun damage and smokers' skin (dry on surface, oily underneath), as well as acne and menopausal skin. Most dramatic results are achieved when given in a series of six treatments.

Supra Peel
This peel is great for sensitive skin types and Rosacea patients. It is non-irritating and great for mild exfoliation to give skin a refreshed look with more clarity and firmness. This peel contains Green Tea and can be used on patients taking Accutane.

Sensi Peel
This peel is for Rosacea patients with a history of cold sores. It is a great treatment for firming the skin and giving an instant, tightening effect.

Physician's Choice Pumpkin Peel
A 30 minute enzymatic process using pumpkin and beta-C to exfoliate. This treatment is excellent for skin with hyperpigmentation, active acne, or acne-prone and aging skin.

BioMedic Micropeel
This is a 30 minute 3-step procedure. The first step involves dermaplaning or enzyming to remove the dead cellular layer. Second, the application of a highly concentrated alphahydroxy acid removes the impacted debris from the pores. The final step of the BioMedic Micropeel is a cryogenic therapy which provides an anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial benefit. This BioMedic treatment is recommended every 4-6 weeks.

Oxygenating Treatment
This is an excellent treatment for sluggish, tired skin due to the environment. This treatment is done with no chemicals, causing the skin to oxygenate on its own through a three-step process. This gives immediate and lasting results.

Laser/IPL Treatments

Palomar IPL RejuveLux™
Photofacial Light Treatments for facial rejuvenation of sun damage, red spots, brown spots, red, blue, and purple veins, rosacea, acne and other imperfections of the skin. You can treat the face, neck, décolleté, hands or any area of the face or body. The IPL RejuveLux™ process is a highly effective treatment that removes lesions much faster than lasers. IPL RejuveLux™ treatments can fit even the busiest person's schedule.

VersaPulse™ Laser
Treats a variety of facial skin problems including broken capillaries. On average, 1 to 3 treatments will reduce or permanently remove these conditions on all skin types with minimal to no bruising. This versatile Lumenis Laser System will also remove tattoos.

Laser Hair Removal
Hair removal for all skin types has been an elusive goal that is now being achieved with Palomar™ Pulsed Light Systems. Through a series of 4 to 6 treatments, hair can be reduced or permanently removed. This advanced technology works several times faster than other light-based systems and lasers. Treats underarms, back, legs, bikini line, face, neck - anywhere on the face or body except around the eyes. A safe, comfortable and effective treatment.

Wrinkle Treatments

Botox® Cosmetic
A Botox® Cosmetic treatment is a single, no-surgical FDA approved procedure that smoothes the deep, persistent lines between your brows, crows feet around your eyes, and wrinkles in your forehead that develop over time. One ten-minute Botox® treatment - a few tiny injections - relaxes the muscles that cause those lines to form and keeps them relaxed up to 4 months. Restylane®
Restylane® is a safe and natural cosmetic dermal filler that restores volume and fullness to the skin to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds. Restylane® is also used to add volume and enhance the lip line. Restylane® is fully biocompatible and allergy testing is not required. The treatments can be administered immediately - no waiting is necessary. The Restylane® procedure is simple and convenient, and the results are practically instantaneous. Perlane®

Radiesse®
Radiesse® is the longest lasting of wrinkle fillers--up to 12 months. A safe, FDA-approved dermal filler that restores a natural, youthful look in nasolabial folds (smile lines) and wrinkles around the nose and mouth.
RadiesseR is made of a unique calcium-based microspheres suspended in natural gel that is injected into the skin through a safe and minimally invasive procedure.
