Shipping Policy

Shipping is offered through the United States Postal Service (USPS). We ship within the Continental Unites States only. Options for shipping are Standard Ground and Priority. Our goal is to process all online orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.

Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via USPS.

Graper Cosmetic Surgery reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

Canceling An Order
You may cancel an online order at any time prior to processing by calling Graper Cosmetic Surgery at 704.375.7111. We are not able to cancel online orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
